when a body part falls asleep

Yea, title pretty much explains it.
So i looked up what it means and it could mean mabey your circulation is cut off or somethings up with the vains yada yada.
I like looking into things with different perspective though.
My hand was just normally placed, blood circulating as usual thorugh it, no akward postitions, and it tingled. This happened before of course but ive been doing feet and hand work with NEW and it feels almost similar.
Even though im prolly wrong, i like to look at the tingling sensation as not some problem but as a good sign. a sign that your body is activating its exit or inter ports possibly.. something with energy by any means.

How do you look at it, and has it been happening more frequently since the course or starting of your meditation, ect.?

This happens to me almost every day right in the middle of my back and/or all over my scalp. I also use tactile imaging as well and it feels very similar to that except it feels like a concentrated buzzing and it seems happens without any conscious effort on my part. I've had similar feelings in the middle of my palm or the middle of the top of my hand and the bottoms of my feet, but mostly it happens all over my scalp and the middle of the back. I'm not sure what it is, or what triggers it though. I also look at it as a good sign, but I honestly only say that because it feels nice and I like when it happens.

If I'm not mistaken (and I easily could be because I haven't read it in ages) but in Astral Dynamics I seem to remember Robert Bruce mentioning these sensations and saying that they occur with more frequent practice of NEW as you become accustomed to feeling energy in your body. I also seem to remember reading that it was sign of energy becoming unblocked. Again, I could be mistake and have just mixed that up with a post I read somewhere online though. I might read it again, but in the mean time I just enjoy it and assume that it could be that haha.
