Does this question seem a bit peculiar or silly? Well humor me, if you would. If you do this deed for me here is what I would do with the money.
1. Invest in eco-friendly technologies such as cars that run off of vapor, and products (paper, plastics ect.) made out of hemp.
2. Dedicate my life towards advancing my spiritual progress.
3. Learn Chinese Mandarin or maybe Sanskrit (You decide)
4. Open up a record label that would sign artists to create new beautiful music recorded with the old standard tuning frequency of 432 hz. This music would be designed to heal and promote inner peace and love.
5. Be forever grateful to the person who helped me. Gratitude is golden.
I live in New Jersey by the way, so I will need the numbers for the NJ lottery, and I will need the numbers a week in advance the actual drawing so I may purchase a ticket. This is not a joke. I am serious. I really want to help the world but am not in the position to do so. With your help I may be able to make a difference.

You would be far better off learning to AP yourself.
When you do you will find a world full of distractions unparalleled.
You will then need to discover the 'way' to the 'area' where this information can be found.
How long this takes you, will depend on how soon you can learn not to be distracted by everything that there is to distract you.
When you eventual see through the distractions and find the place where this information can be accessed, you will discover that there is no need to win the lotto as you are more useful to the world you want to help by engaging with that place and uploading/downloading information which is the Real Gold.

Ah, I have to ask out of curiosity. Hypothetically speaking of course, if you personally were capable of transcending time through outer body means and got the numbers for me what language would you have chosen? |

I tried learning sanskrit once. Didnt get much farther than the vowels. I figured there were better uses of my time.
Something tells me there will be a 12 in your lottery btw.

Well I know I'd pick Chinese Mandarin for myself since I'd love to visit China one day, and it's a modern language so I would've gone with that. |

Well if you were to do what i described in my opening post I would learn chinese, then I would personally teach you the language while you and me visited china over some real chinese food. |
