I'm writing my first post, i have not induced consciously a projection nor a lucid dream. What's the difference between the two, and is one is more easy to induce that the other ?

Hi Giovanni ... first welcome to the AP forum!

I was attempting to upload a picture that answers your question, but the forum software would not retrieve the file on my tablet. So, I will generally state that in a dream you are not exiting your body (and it is more subjective) ... in an out of body experience you are shifting to another body (more objective) ... in a phasing experience you are shifting focus also beyond the body (more objective).

There are techniques that allow a traveler to move from a lucid dream into an OBE (out of body experience). It is a bit more detailed than my general description, but this will get you started.

Use the search box in the upper right corner. There are many posts already about this topic on the AP forum.
