Its not hard at all to project i find making penut butter and jelly harder then aping. Acctually making a penut butter and jelly stain sandwhich is hard... But all you gotta do is lay in bed dont think of your body and pretend birds are slowly pulling your spirit body out with ropes, keep thinking about it soon youll start to vibrate , ignore it and keep consintrating on the birds, youll be paralized, you will either see scary stuff or hear stuff. Ignore it because negitives are just jealous you are a projector and they want to harm you but they cant because you are jus to pimpin keep watching the imaginary birds pulling your body and remember the whole time from the begining keep telling your self how cool this is. Soon you should be out of your body if you did everything right, afteryou ap think of the destination you want to go. Warning though if you are horny do not have sex in the astral realm at ALL. scuccabus lurk there all the time or you can get a entity pregnant. Use spirital protection!.

I almost/or did AP'd last night. Before trying to fall asleep I tried some tips and I was getting awfully close(pre-vibrational/thoughtonly state). So I quit the proces and fall asleep the normal way. Then middle in the night! I was awake. There were only my thoughts and heavy vibrations. Then I thought...AAARG...I'm going to AP!! I DONT WANNA AP stop iiit! It was exactly like the guy above said, it was like birdies were pulling me out of my body! And I think part of me was! But anyway, I dont remember what happened after that, yeah I had strong dreams, flying and stuff  |

that hapened to me a month ago or something...
everytime i am decided to project "its today! i will do it!" when the time come, when i become paralised "forget i dont want project anymore! i want to get back! i want my mommy"[xx(]
the day after "how could i be so stupid! i could have projected!" and the cycle begins again lol

once u project for your first time, does it get easier from then or is it still a chance thing. on average how often do you project? ne one that projects often that is.
