I've read Astral Dynamics, it's a great book, but it does make things seem more difficult than they are lol
I just got "Far Journeys" (The 'sequel' to Journeys out of body) By Robert Monroe, I'm only on chapter 4 but so far I haven't been able to put it down!  cheesy

This forum is what got me there.  People should use the forum for instruction (because you can get feedback) and read books for subconscious programming (telling your subconscious that you want to project)

This forum and Frank's advice was a turning point for myself in understanding in a practical way what I experience and how to make it better. Frank was straight forward and didn't mess around with mystical & superstitious ways of thinking.

Just finished reading "What is 'Phasing', and how can I do it?" on http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html and it seems like a great "technique" Cheesy Will try it tonight. I have already experienced what he calls "astral screen" and after that i got to the vibration stage so this seems promising to me Smiley

Everyone's talking about the phasing technique, I have to try that because it seems like it has worked for most people.
