Well, I've only ever heard good things about 'Tommi's vibration starter' and you have just provided more evidence for its validity. You should be pleased that you got vibes so quickly, it shows you are on to a good thing; believe me, if only all presets and other techniques had such results we'd all be laughing!
My advice is that you should take the vibes as a good sign and keep working with the preset, trying to stay awake longer into it!

The thing is that bwgen helps you achieve a sertain brainwave state. By using it you learn the brain to get to those states. Im pretty sure you will not be able to eject out of the body with bwgen, but its a good tool to guide you in the right direction. Dont fool yourself thinking that the machine have more power than you to get where you want.. then you will get nowhere. Tommies Vibration preset is good to learn how to get the vibrations. When you want to get out.. do it without bwgen.

yes bw gen is a good tool to lower the brain frequency, and believe me, it does, my fav presets are f10 and f27 altough i find f27 more effective.

I really like what LogoRat wrote. I was thinking the same thing. To me, BWG is something to use to identify various consciousness states. It helps you to get into the state of mind necessary to meditate, phase, project, whatever. But it doesn't actually do the projection for you.
I had used Meditation 4 (deep), or was it called Meditation 2 (deep). Whichever one had the (deep) after it. It came with the download. I used it a few times over about a week. But that's all that I needed. It basically confirmed for me the level of consciousness I need to achieve to phase. I haven't used it in over a month.
I had about 5 lucid dreams and several astral trips the following 3 days after first using it. But I didn't have it while I used it. I used it before going to bed, and the lucid dreams and astral trips happened during sleep.
Oddly enough, I did try the F27 presets from this site. For some reason, I felt like the Meditation (deep) preset took me deeper than these two. Now, to be fair, I only tried them once. So I really should go back and try them again. But regardless of the preset, the only thing it will do is take your mind to different levels. The rest is up to you.
Good luck!

BWGEN is my favorite now, I use Meditation 2(deep), Self-hypnosis 1 (simple repeating sound), and If I get a head-ache I use Headache treatment 2 (steady 10/5 circular).I have yet to try Tommy's Vibration Starter, but I will eventually.

Thanks for the helpful input. I can see how it is much more effective as a tool to help you achieve AP rather than an easy AP method. However since I have never had an astral projection, I was hoping this program could fast track me there. I will mos def have to investigate the F27 and Med 2 tracks. Last night I think I was realy close to projecting, but I just couldn't get out of my body. I tried the rope method, but I found it tough to do a real first person view, I tried stepping out, I tried rolling out, but nothing seemed to have any real effect, just something that I was imagining. Anyone have any advice on how to acheive a sucessful exit?

If you have trouble getting out, try to learn at what time you feel you can get out when you use a sertain preset, then modify it so that it lowers the volume to 0 at that critical timepoint, then you are free to get out.
I guess the thing is that if you use a preset that is supposed to get you to a sertain point.. it often only make you hold your consciousness at that level only. If you want to get out of the body you need to be more flexible, having a sound that keeps you at a sertain level often make it harder to eject.
Just a thought.

You need to register BWG in order to import presets.

Sounds to me nthjbam like your making progress with the preset you have currently. Maybe you don't need to find a new. Just concetrate on keeping your mind awake, whilst letting your body drift. you may have already read this thread but just in case, try the technique explained in this post - http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5205. It certainly rattles my Astral bones. Cheers Mo!

No problem. As to what whether it would work for you, my guess is that if the other presets do what they're supposed to, like headache treatment, then the chances are that stuff will too. There's a file floating around the web somewhere called OOBE.wav that you might want to try, as it isn't BWG-dependent.
BWG is so useful to me when I want to focus or heal a headache that I'm probably going to register it eventually anyway.

Hi Huwie, Have tried the oobe file, not getting me anywhere, maybe too loud? laying in bed with headphones on. have saved 3 copies of the file onto a CD, end up turning it off after the second file has finished
its beet that long since first feeling the vibrations and still never exiting the body (13 years), I'm almost willing to offer a reward!
