While I know that you want to trade posts on this subject, I thought that you might also want to read over some of the thjreads in our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum. There are some excellent posts from members that we don't get to hear from anymore, people like Frank who had a lot of interesting things to say about astral travel. There is a lot of good and useful information in those threads.

i was wondering if anyone could give me a very detailed run-thru of what they do to AP. such as what you feel, what you think, what you look for, and stuff like that. i have only read about what i am suppose to do, but never what is felt when doing these things. thanks-
