I projected this morning.   smiley

This is actually one old technique for lucid dreaming and astral projection. It's called the WBTB Method. (wake back to bed) you can find it at the www.ld4all.com site.

First of all, wake up at least 90 minutes before it is comfortalbe to get up. Like if your body is on a schedule to wake up at 7AM then force yourself to get up at 5:30AM. do some reality checks, walk around your room, and become determined to astral project for at least 10 minutes.

Get back in bed. Your body is probably so relieved that you got back into bed and it can get back to sleep real fast. So go a head and let your body have it's way, but no matter what, stay aware mentaly! This is the most important part. Repeat in you mind with the energy of absolute determination: "I stay aware as I leave my body."

I did this this morning and I saw the dream images start to come, and I started to float up and backwards, It was a beautiful and graceful projection.  smiley

I'll give this a try, sounds painless Wink I've tried "early morning" techiniques before - get up 3-5 hours later-with half of the time, interesting results.  We'll see what happens.  I have had the problem of no motivation when i get up in the night, as well as very hard time concentrating but i think I am waking up in th middle of my deepest sleep. Maybe that's why.

Thanks for the tip...

I highly recommend this. Smiley
The other benefits are-
1- your mind is already very quiet at this hour, at night you are full of thoughts which tire you very easily and force you to sleep
2- you are not tired and sleepy
3- its not dark outside, you are not afraid to go out of the body, night breeds fear
4- there is plenty of time, you are not worried about getting up early for work, you are already up...
5- nature 'favors' this time, its un-natural for you to do something else, when nature has designed you to go to sleep and repair your body and process your memories, there are no such natural requirements during early morning
6- most of us usually eat before going to bed and digestion takes away a lot of energy (thats why system puts you to sleep when you eat more), this is not the case early morning...
7- its easier to 'download' the memories of oobe at this time...

Hi! this is a good technique to have an obe.. i tried it myself long time
ago (2 years), 4 or five times..and it really works.
I havent tried it since then though.. because of finding it already
difficult to wake up at my "normal" time to go to work..  grin
Let's see if i can do that again..

whenever i find that i've woken up too early i take the opportunity as an easy ride into the astral =) it makes things so much simpler to do.

Highly recommended, but i never try to do it, too much effort, just use it when the situation arises =D
