Start reading. Read posts, for example there are some good topics in our Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics forum. Read books. There are book recommendations in the Welcome to Members Book Reviews and Recommendations forum. A good book to start with is Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. Also, take a look at our File Library for eBooks and downloads.

When you have read all that you can, you'll start to have specific questions. More importantly, you'll also have learned some things whereby you can make some contributions as well. [Wink]
