I had absoloutly no progress what-so-ever last night, so i'm going to give this method another try. Me and few of the old 'AstralForums' put this one together,

I'll let you know how it goes in the morning.

I did this method on accident and the vibrations were INTENSE. like it really did scare me so i stopped. Haha.

i'll be trying again tonight.
