I've just recently decided to look into astro projection.  I have many reasons for wanting to learn how to do this.  I am obsessed with the past recently and have great desire to travel there and see events playing out as if I were there.  I also feel I may have some natural ability to do because I am a well whitcher, which seems to be a similar ability that not everyone can naturally do.

I just bought Mastering Astral Projection by Robert Bruce.  Has anyone tried this program and if so did help you achieve your goals?

I have Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce and find it very helpful.

Looked up Mastering Astral Projection and noticed that it includes a brainwave generator with presets on CD.

Think I'll get it, sounds good. Saw a few used discounted copies.

The table of contents covers some of the stuff in Astral Dynamics, of interest to me are the parts about how you remember a projection experience and an imprinting process. Sort of learning the mechanics.

Interested in how the 90 day program works for you. Thanks!

Mastering Astral Projection is the best program I have ever used. I bought the book about 3 years ago and did the 90-Day program. The book is based on Astral Dynamics and it gives you day-by-day steps to achieving successful conscious OBEs. The book definitely helped me with my energy work, which is very import to successful conscious astral projection.

As far as the past is concerned, it's difficult to just create an energy bubble like in Terminator and hop back in time. I have had a few experiences with time travel and every time I went into the past what i saw didn't correlate with any history books, leading me to believe it was an alternate past.

What do you mean made up?

I have always been interested in studying world history and to me it's not something you can just make up. Books and parchments are passed down from generation to generation since ancient Greece in 1100 BC. Buildings such as the the Parthenon in Athens and the Coliseum in Rome are testaments to there great achievements.

What about dinosaurs? Carbon dating puts them at about 65 million years ago.

And then we have the men that fought over the years for freedom and sacrificed everything, I'm pretty sure it was real for them.

oh, thanks for letting me know.

I meant certain parts of history; the jews being killed by the nazi's; it was actully a lot of non-Jew's aswell. Stuff like that, things that can be used to manipulate the population and that are from modern textbooks.

You mean the holocaust?
Cause, sure non-jews were killed but not as en-masse or as cruely as the nazis did to the jews.

A lot of groups were targeted by the Nazi party, including Gypsies, Homosexuals, and almost anyone who didn't fall under the W.A.S.P. rule (white - anglo-saxon - protestant)

This is where revisionist history makes me mad.
It is not the same to say that the 'holocaust never happened' because other 'nonperfect' beings were also executed.
The holocaust happened, and Jews were executed en-masse.  So were gays, people with birth defects, mental retardation, gypsies, and others that were considered 'not perfect'.
If they would have been allowed to continue, they probably would also have massacred blacks, asians (who were initially with them) and anyone who was not blond and blue-eyed, and eventually anyone under a certain IQ.
Some 'neo nazis' and other religious (read: anti-Jew) groups claim that it never happened, or that it 'wasn't so bad'.
It was.  The mentality that engenders such acts is appalling.
Just because others continue to try to do this (read: 'ethnic cleansing' in Africa, parts of the former soviet union and other countries) doesn't mean that the holocaust isn't significant.
It is all appalling, and shameful as well.

It is terrible.  And what's even more terrible is that more and more the belief that the Holocaust never happened is becoming more and more subscribed to.  The level of intolerance the human race possesses is astounding.

Haha true.   grin

But a bit more on topic, I've read some really good things about MAP, but unfortunately I can't attest to it because I would more than likely not be able to have it in my house (I'm 17 with a conservative/christian family, you do the math rolleyes )  I think you'd find a lot in the book reviews sections as well.
