Thats okay richard. Yep the chakra technique definately works, its what i use to raise my vibrations to do other like shifting my body to higher realms and stuff. Its really, effective, and yes I think you are right about the kundalini energy awakening my spiritual bodies, my crown chakra has like a great swirling vortex thingy when i look at it that gets really thick and heavy when I see the universal energies really thick in the air. And if someone pats the top of my head i get like a nausea slight headache when they do it so i have to pull away from their hand.
just really keep at it Richard, i'm sure you'll get it eventually, I believe you'll do great things!
