The other day I decided to get music so I could listen to it while running.  I came across the song dust in the wind and as soon as I heard it I felt as if I had been transported to a different place, like the place I was at 20 years ago when I was listening to it a lot, it wasn't anything visual but just the way I felt was just awesome, so now I'm just looking for old songs that take me back to when I was younger.

The interesting part is that while listening to it, if I close my eyes then it feels like i'm in a different place.  Like being in an altered state of mind.

In my opinion having a projection it's not just about laying down and waiting for the right moment to project it's also about certain things that trigger your state of being to change that state of mind, and it can be as simple as music, solitude, walking in nature.  I know it's not the same as having a full blown OBE but in those moments in my personal view we can detach and have a projection that way, all this while being conscious.

Back to the mid 90's in his head to go he wants.

There are times in the wider reality where you might encounter other beings that communicate by passing you packages of memories, and you get to understand them by being them for a little while. Music is almost there.

Try as I might, I can't make it the 90's in my head again, but for an hour or two. Part of it is being a much younger person with a different point of view and life circumstance. Part of it is that the world had a brighter outlook in some ways. Been there quite a few times though. It is a nice place. Let's see if I can find some tickets...

There, that should buy you 35 minutes of 90's time.

I think that happens to everyone. I even have songs that bring negative emotions because my ex listened to them a lot. Other songs bring painful emotions, like "November Rain" when I went through a painful breakup in college. For me certain smells also take me places. For example my grandmother used to roast peppers a lot. Every time I smell peppers roasting, it instantly takes me to grandma's house and all the associated memories and emotions.
