Heya. did some attempts just recently and found a new twist on this method that might resonate with you Smiley

1st - the method.

When you reach the vibrational state, or any state of deep relaxation. Imagine a medium sized ball ( dodgeball, basketball, maybe a little larger if you want).

Toss up the ball and when you exhale, see it rise with your exhalation. Now when you inhale the ball will come back down from the ceiling close to your body, at this point when your near a full inhalation imagine your hands catch it. and again on the exhale toss that ball back up into the air.

Repeat this for about 5 - 10 minutes or until you feel you are ready for the next transition.  

here's where my spin comes in on this technique.
listen to the vibes, or feel your body and do some energy body techniques. after a few min go back to the technique above.

This time toss the ball up as you normally would but don't let go, imagine your body rising up with that ball when exhaling. feel yourself rise to the ceiling. see your arms, the ball, and your room.
when inhaling feel your energy body awareness fall into your physical body.  
this should cause your energy to resonate or you may feel waves or rocking when your energy body touches your physical.

Exhale, rise up with the ball.
Inhale, float down with the ball.
Exhale rise up with the ball
Inhale come down with the ball.

as i haven't had an OBE in over 3 years, this is the closest i have come so far from techniques.

----- I'm not sure but i think since you focus on the motion of tossing up the ball and visualize it coming down for 10 min or however long before hand, that part of the visualization is already strong so that when you add your body into the equation  it sort of tricks your mind. in a good way though, and a way we need.
just my opinion though Smiley
