Need to AP again to do something

Hello guys

My life has changed. My dad passed away from this world. I can say he was still young and it happened suddenly, no-one could see it coming so I couldn't prepare myself for this at all. And there is a lot I still need to do for him and a lot I need to say to him... a lot. I couldn't even see the body because I was away when this happened.

So I really want to meet him in the astral. I've been in the astral several times a few years ago. I practiced to get it to happen again but it won't happen. All the times I got in the astral I didn't have to do anything, it just happened naturally. (Maybe if I just knew how to get it to happen naturally...)

I really need to be there with my dad and do what I need to do to get it off my back and move on with my life. So I have a strong reason but I can't do it.

Would anyone mind helping me please?

 Hello Daved, your father is all around you now. You just need to talk and he will listen. You will find signs of him if you stay aware. You don't necessarily have to go to the Astral to talk with him. But, if you do wish to, try stating your intent before you go to sleep at night. It could be you are not successful Astral Traveling now because you are forcing it or because it is not the right time for you at the moment.

Hi Daved.
Even though I've been projecting for many years, when my grandmother passed away I couldn't go visit her.  Even though I believe part of the reason was that 'she wasn't ready', it was also that I wanted to see her so intensely that I just couldn't.
So one day I asked my guides to take me to her, and it happened. 
Something similar happened with my mom, and it was only after I 'calmed down' and centered myself that I was able to.
Grief is a very powerful emotion, and it takes you off center.  Because it is a normal part of what happens when a loved one moves on, it's also something that you will get through enough that you will be able to make conscious contact.
So get the pressure off yourself, go through your process, and eventually it'll happen.

I hope your knowledge on finding him is good, if not many here can help in this endeavor. Take a break from trying for a few days and come to terms with the loss within yourself. When ready you will be given the instructions if required to fulfill this commitment for your communications.
It does take a little time. Be patient and you will succeed.

I stated my intentions before so maybe I should wait. Actually I've been waiting for a month, I don't know how to tell my heart that it still needs to wait.

This is a hard night for me, tomorrow is going to be the first time I'm going to visit the cemetery after we buried him.

Just practice typical astral travel steps. Such as set aside time in the day when you're not horribly tired. I have only traveled at night twice. Early morning is a great time to try. Wake up and focus on your intentions. use the rest room, get some water and then go back to bed. This is what usually gets me to succeed. I hope you get that fulfillment
