Hello guys,
Well, i havent had an OBE yet, but, i've had some experiences like my consciousness being abducted and well i've woken up in the night with the vibrations some times now, and well, the last couple of times that i woke up with vibrations, i felt a weird sensation in my genital zone, it was like a pain, not so strong though, but made my body recoil and assume a fetal pose, and as usually i wake up multiple times during the night, and yesterday i woke up 2 times feeling that sensation in my balls... any ideas of what and how?

I've had something like this during sleep paralysis, in a hypnopompic state i was starting to "Hallucinate" and i saw tan skinned woman, long black hair, topless, wearing tight jeans sitting on top of me. She wouldn't get off of me and i was getting confused. Next thing i knew when i blinked she vanished from my sight but i still felt her there. Next thing that happens to me is particularly what you described. Idk if she was fondling me or anything but I felt like i was being stroked.(Sleeps in boxers) It Lasts for a couple of minutes and then it go's away when i break free from the paralysis.
So im not sure how or why this happens. Leave it for the experts to get to you & explain, but for me it directly connected to my "Hallucination".

As per usual... I do suggest visiting a doctor for any pain related symptoms you might get, while projecting or not. Pain is an indicator that something is wrong in our physical bodies.
Pain in an out of body state, such as sleep paralysis, indicates a mind issue... in my opinion. But could also be referencing your physical body.
It's important to get all areas checked out. Just to be safe.

pain in the physical body can be a result of a problem in the psyche/astral/energy.
but there are certain things that are primarily physical so it would be good to check with a doctor, especially about your manhood. you don't wanna go sterile or something when you could have prevented it.
if it happens upon waking it could be as simple as (excuse my crude language but i don't know the medical term) "blue balls". If you were involved in a dream or astral trip that has aroused you sexually to the point of near completion and you are abruptly awoken, that could be the source of the pain. still, if it persists, see a doctor.

It could be aliens, taking samples of semen through insertion of objects in the night. They want to do DNA manipulation.

this might not be on topic, but a couple of nights ago i woke up half way through the night but i think only partially awake like 30% aware. everything felt normal, nothing was in the wrong place so i assume it was the physical, then a random thought came to my head about aliens, but then that thought triggered an unbearably loud (i think nonphysical) screeching noise like the scream from a large beast or animal. i can't remember much more after that and i think i was only 20~30% concious.
