Ginny, thank you for sharing this tale.  I didn't understand the technical terms for the various constructions and realities.  Didn't know these places had been named. LOL.

Yet, as I read the words, I resonated deeply with it.  I have always known that we create many things in our afterlife if we are stuck in certain beliefs. Now, through your words, I have experienced it.  So thank you.

Love always.

Great Story Ginny [8D]
Come to think it about such a place as you described does make sense as it helps newly 'passed' people become acquainted with their new situation and prepares them to 'move on' to other realms. Or provide a respite before they return (reincarnate) to earth[?]
Have you ever been to Mardi Gras? I suspect that you would be a natural and would fit right in either at New Orleans or Rio de Janeiro. [Cheesy][Shocked)][8D][:X][8D]

Hi Ginny,

Thank you for another wonderful description of the retrieval process! There seems to be a good many and varied belief system territories. Party Town, fun at first glance, but I guess it would get old after a while.

These days I am still doing astral phasing, and learning little by little. At some point perhaps an attempt at retrieval. Thank you for what you do. It is certainly good spiritual work. [Smiley]

Very best regards,

Tayesin,

Bob Monroe, years ago, labeled the various areas of consciousness he visited as focuses (focus 24, 25 and 26 comprise the Belief System Territories)..I'm sure much like we give areas on a map names: just something to call them or to know where to go.

Thanks for your kind words. It means a lot--:o).

Much love,

Ginny

Hi again Ginny.
Thank you for clearing up my ignorance on the labels for the various levels etc.  It makes a whole lot more sense to me now. I will go to the library in town tomorrow and see what they have on Robert Monroe, it's time for me to catch up. LOL.

Is this the same Robert Monroe who wrote a book about a soul's journeys through and between incarnations? If so, then I think I read his first book once upon a time!

Thanks also for your kind thoughts.[Smiley]

Love always.

LOL! Naw, haven't been to either but I'd bet dollars-to-donuts that Helper partyed down at both celebrations!--:o).

Adrian brought up a good point awhile back about the possibility that retrieving has more of a personal connection for retrievers than just the act of retrieving, and I have to agree. Perhaps I lived in Party Town at one time?. I'm aware that a lot of the Helpers that I work with have also previously lived in some of these places and they understand the desires and beliefs that rule them. Another city in the BST, full of homeless people--I've been there many times retrieving and was later informed I'd been a resident there at one time..and so it goes.

Yea, interesting point you brought up. We automatically assume that places within the BST mean 'stuck'...and I can't help but feel that that's the case I think wherever we focus a great deal of our awareness/attention into, even here. So, maybe 'stuck' can also mean 'gathering experience'. Going to Party Town sure beats a traditional heaven or hell in my view---LOL!

It's forever fascinating to me what really strong desires and beliefs have and will continue to create, here and elsewhere.

Much love,

Ginny

Gin, as always I feel as I read your accounts that I am right there!  Thank-you! That helper sounded like he has a great sense of humor [Cheesy].  I would love to be able to see what your costume looked like..hehehehe.
When you are done with a retrieval do you feel physically or emotionally drained in any way?.. I bet after this one, you had a huge grin from ear to ear... I know I did!

Hugs,
Nay. [Wink]

Nick,

"Trust your own process"...something someone said to me when I was at Moen's workshop. Whichever way we each feel is best for us, to come *to know* that there is no such thing as 'death'-----far out!--:o) Wouldn't it be a different world if at the point of dying, everyone could feel truly excited and happy cause they knew where they were going, or could at least have absolutely no fear of the transition?

Thanks for your kind words. They mean a lot, Nick, and encourage me to keep exploring, keep sharing what little I've been able to understand so far.

Much love,

Ginny

Nay,

Wasn't he a kick? I haven't laughed that much ever in a situation with a Helper. I definitely want to follow up, find out more about him. And the costume.....(lol), wouldn't have been my choice but then this happens a lot, like, just suddenly having pockets with paperwork inside them with info that's helpful for a stuck person, or suddenly finding yourself decked out in clothing to match the stuck person's scenario/expectations.

The only time I may feel drained is when I've visited some places in the BST, where I picked up some of the energies, and neglected to unload it prior to returning to full waking consciousness. It's easy to unload any energy that isn't yours--it's just that I forget to do it sometimes. Then I later may (or may not) feel a little drained and it dawns on me what to do. I know of retrievers who state to themselves prior to being in the nonphysical, that any and all energies they may come in contact with, that aren't theirs, will just simply pass through them with no influence during any given experience, understanding that it's all just energy anyway. So, that's another way to deal with it.

Isn't being away from the physical a trip?!--lol---:o)

Love,

Ginny

Ginny, this is really funny!  Thanks for sharing!  Now that I think about it, WHY NOT partytown?  Why not anything!

For what it's worth, I have a guide/helpers who wear hats sometimes too.  The last time:  garden-party hats!  Again, why not . . . ? When you have eternity to play dress-up, it's got to be fun.

Tayesin,

Probably. Robert A. Monroe: Journeys Out of the Body, Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey. He made the phrase "OOBE" popular, started up TMI--The Monroe Institute.  He spent so many years slowly coming to understand what was happening to him, the places and people he was visiting. I feel he made a huge leap, for all of us, in discovering we all can venture beyond the physical. I don't use the OOBE to explore beyond here--Focused Attention works best for me--but I greatly appreciate the map he created (focus levels, for starters), of places and people beyond the physical...the different energetic laws that apply in each.

Have fun, Tayesin (neat name by the way), and much love,

Ginny

Tisha,

Garden party hats?!---LOL!!! God I love this. Hey...who says Guides/Helpers can't enjoy a sense of humor too? And yes, couldn't agree more on "why not anything". I mean, aren't we creative, highly inquisitive beings after all, forever fascinated with life in all the ways it can be wrapped and delivered?--:o)

Thanks so much for your post---you made my day.

Much love,

Ginny

I find it rather amusing that such a small group of people beleive and experience these kinds of things in the world. Man, the whole population of the world is in for a kick!

Grat story Ginny, I had fun reading it. SOUNDS LIKE MA KINDA PAAAAARTAY![Cheesy][8D]

Ginny_

Thank you for your account, it was really interesting. What strikes me is the sheer variety of regions within the BST. Most people (like myself) think of the fairly conventional 'hollow' heavens and hells when we think about the BST but as your case proves the range is far wider, including people who are addicted to partying!
I'm sure that most cults and even some philosophies have their own regions.
I can well imagine those Heavens Gaters from 1997 (remember them?) who killed themselves to rejoin the 'mothership', I'll bet they are probably flying around quite happily in their BST recreation of the alien spaceship; that will make an interesting retrival!

On a more serious note, BST zones based on christian fundamentalist versions of hell will be less fun. I really feel sorry for those people stuck there, even to know that right now there are people suffering due to these beliefs.
On a related note, I was looking at Bruce Moen's Afterlife site on their forum. There is some talk there about 'demons' and other more negative entities but I'm unsure as to their relation to the rest of the afterlife. Apparantly there is some talk of demons etc in Moen's fouth book Curiosity's Father.

Thing is, I don't buy stories about demons etc as I regard them as part of judeo-christian mythology.
Have you read Moen's fouth book?
I'm thinking that perhaps Moen is not talking about 'classical' christian demons but more of ex humans who are consumed with negativity or something along those lines.

Anyay, great post!

Regards,
Douglas
