Ginny, thank you for sharing this tale.  I didn't understand the technical terms for the various constructions and realities.  Didn't know these places had been named. LOL.

Yet, as I read the words, I resonated deeply with it.  I have always known that we create many things in our afterlife if we are stuck in certain beliefs. Now, through your words, I have experienced it.  So thank you.

Love always.

Great Story Ginny [8D]
Come to think it about such a place as you described does make sense as it helps newly 'passed' people become acquainted with their new situation and prepares them to 'move on' to other realms. Or provide a respite before they return (reincarnate) to earth[?]
Have you ever been to Mardi Gras? I suspect that you would be a natural and would fit right in either at New Orleans or Rio de Janeiro. [Cheesy][Shocked)][8D][:X][8D]

Hi Ginny,

Thank you for another wonderful description of the retrieval process! There seems to be a good many and varied belief system territories. Party Town, fun at first glance, but I guess it would get old after a while.

These days I am still doing astral phasing, and learning little by little. At some point perhaps an attempt at retrieval. Thank you for what you do. It is certainly good spiritual work. [Smiley]

Very best regards,

Tayesin,

Bob Monroe, years ago, labeled the various areas of consciousness he visited as focuses (focus 24, 25 and 26 comprise the Belief System Territories)..I'm sure much like we give areas on a map names: just something to call them or to know where to go.

Thanks for your kind words. It means a lot--:o).

Much love,

Hi again Ginny.
Thank you for clearing up my ignorance on the labels for the various levels etc.  It makes a whole lot more sense to me now. I will go to the library in town tomorrow and see what they have on Robert Monroe, it's time for me to catch up. LOL.

Is this the same Robert Monroe who wrote a book about a soul's journeys through and between incarnations? If so, then I think I read his first book once upon a time!

Thanks also for your kind thoughts.[Smiley]

Love always.

LOL! Naw, haven't been to either but I'd bet dollars-to-donuts that Helper partyed down at both celebrations!--:o).

Adrian brought up a good point awhile back about the possibility that retrieving has more of a personal connection for retrievers than just the act of retrieving, and I have to agree. Perhaps I lived in Party Town at one time?. I'm aware that a lot of the Helpers that I work with have also previously lived in some of these places and they understand the desires and beliefs that rule them. Another city in the BST, full of homeless people--I've been there many times retrieving and was later informed I'd been a resident there at one time..and so it goes.

Yea, interesting point you brought up. We automatically assume that places within the BST mean 'stuck'...and I can't help but feel that that's the case I think wherever we focus a great deal of our awareness/attention into, even here. So, maybe 'stuck' can also mean 'gathering experience'. Going to Party Town sure beats a traditional heaven or hell in my view---LOL!

It's forever fascinating to me what really strong desires and beliefs have and will continue to create, here and elsewhere.

Much love,

Ginny

Gin, as always I feel as I read your accounts that I am right there!  Thank-you! That helper sounded like he has a great sense of humor [Cheesy].  I would love to be able to see what your costume looked like..hehehehe.
When you are done with a retrieval do you feel physically or emotionally drained in any way?.. I bet after this one, you had a huge grin from ear to ear... I know I did!

Nick,

"Trust your own process"...something someone said to me when I was at Moen's workshop. Whichever way we each feel is best for us, to come *to know* that there is no such thing as 'death'-----far out!--:o) Wouldn't it be a different world if at the point of dying, everyone could feel truly excited and happy cause they knew where they were going, or could at least have absolutely no fear of the transition?

Thanks for your kind words. They mean a lot, Nick, and encourage me to keep exploring, keep sharing what little I've been able to understand so far.

Much love,

Nay,

Wasn't he a kick? I haven't laughed that much ever in a situation with a Helper. I definitely want to follow up, find out more about him. And the costume.....(lol), wouldn't have been my choice but then this happens a lot, like, just suddenly having pockets with paperwork inside them with info that's helpful for a stuck person, or suddenly finding yourself decked out in clothing to match the stuck person's scenario/expectations.

The only time I may feel drained is when I've visited some places in the BST, where I picked up some of the energies, and neglected to unload it prior to returning to full waking consciousness. It's easy to unload any energy that isn't yours--it's just that I forget to do it sometimes. Then I later may (or may not) feel a little drained and it dawns on me what to do. I know of retrievers who state to themselves prior to being in the nonphysical, that any and all energies they may come in contact with, that aren't theirs, will just simply pass through them with no influence during any given experience, understanding that it's all just energy anyway. So, that's another way to deal with it.

Isn't being away from the physical a trip?!--lol---:o)

Love,

Ginny

Ginny, this is really funny!  Thanks for sharing!  Now that I think about it, WHY NOT partytown?  Why not anything!

For what it's worth, I have a guide/helpers who wear hats sometimes too.  The last time:  garden-party hats!  Again, why not . . . ? When you have eternity to play dress-up, it's got to be fun.

Tayesin,

Probably. Robert A. Monroe: Journeys Out of the Body, Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey. He made the phrase "OOBE" popular, started up TMI--The Monroe Institute.  He spent so many years slowly coming to understand what was happening to him, the places and people he was visiting. I feel he made a huge leap, for all of us, in discovering we all can venture beyond the physical. I don't use the OOBE to explore beyond here--Focused Attention works best for me--but I greatly appreciate the map he created (focus levels, for starters), of places and people beyond the physical...the different energetic laws that apply in each.

Have fun, Tayesin (neat name by the way), and much love,

Tisha,

Garden party hats?!---LOL!!! God I love this. Hey...who says Guides/Helpers can't enjoy a sense of humor too? And yes, couldn't agree more on "why not anything". I mean, aren't we creative, highly inquisitive beings after all, forever fascinated with life in all the ways it can be wrapped and delivered?--:o)

Thanks so much for your post---you made my day.

I find it rather amusing that such a small group of people beleive and experience these kinds of things in the world. Man, the whole population of the world is in for a kick!

Grat story Ginny, I had fun reading it. SOUNDS LIKE MA KINDA PAAAAARTAY![Cheesy][8D]

Ginny_

Thank you for your account, it was really interesting. What strikes me is the sheer variety of regions within the BST. Most people (like myself) think of the fairly conventional 'hollow' heavens and hells when we think about the BST but as your case proves the range is far wider, including people who are addicted to partying!
I'm sure that most cults and even some philosophies have their own regions.
I can well imagine those Heavens Gaters from 1997 (remember them?) who killed themselves to rejoin the 'mothership', I'll bet they are probably flying around quite happily in their BST recreation of the alien spaceship; that will make an interesting retrival!

On a more serious note, BST zones based on christian fundamentalist versions of hell will be less fun. I really feel sorry for those people stuck there, even to know that right now there are people suffering due to these beliefs.
On a related note, I was looking at Bruce Moen's Afterlife site on their forum. There is some talk there about 'demons' and other more negative entities but I'm unsure as to their relation to the rest of the afterlife. Apparantly there is some talk of demons etc in Moen's fouth book Curiosity's Father.

Thing is, I don't buy stories about demons etc as I regard them as part of judeo-christian mythology.
Have you read Moen's fouth book?
I'm thinking that perhaps Moen is not talking about 'classical' christian demons but more of ex humans who are consumed with negativity or something along those lines.

Anyay, great post!

Regards,
Douglas

Hi Douglas,

Yea, it seems that when enough people put strong desires, passion into, say, an afterlife belief...bingo, we have a new BST world, or one that is continually being upheld by such passion. One of the first BST 'heavens' I ever encountered was actually quite lovely: serene, exquisite garden-like setting, peaceful with a capital P. Things was, the guy who wanted to leave was bored out of his mind. He was a Buddist monk...and when several others saw the group of Helpers and me gathered near him, they became curious, walked over and decided to leave too. Others were content to stay and okay---whatever they feel they need.

Some of the traditional fundamentalist hells are pretty awful (some of the heavens, in my view, are stifling too...lol) and with most I've only been to the outer edges of them, so to speak, opposed to journeying into the inner cores where the suffering is much worse. On one hand, Douglas, I know they're a part of the ball game here in the Earth Life System, yet on the other hand, I don't want to see anyone suffering either. But, the people are there because of their own belief systems. All I can do is help a few out, when they're ready to go. Perhaps the new awareness about the afterlife that's gone global in the last 20 years or so is an important factor in these BST worlds eventually running out of gas?

Yes, I read his 4th book awhile ago. He wrote of visiting some 'hells' within the BST and I know he feels that the people  others call Negs or demons are just as you say, people who've become addicted, who've narrowed their focos of attention to a point where all they can be aware of is the fulfillment of their desire. He's been helping with this very problem for a few years now and I've partnered a little with him in working with such nonphysical folks. Also, in some of the religious hells I'm sure there are 'demons', just as there are 'satans' and all kinds of characters. But, I'm in agreement with you Douglas, as is Bruce, and many others actually.

As always, I enjoy so much your thoughts. Much love,

Ginny

Ginny_

I want to relate a very odd 'dream' I had a few weeks ago. Now, my astral experience is fairly limited at this point, I usually have uncontrolled OBOs to the RTZ a couple of times a month on average but I have given up on trying to master them and I am busy trying to learn other techniques for going directly to the astral such as phasing or Bruce Moen's technique.

Now, a few weeks ago, I woke up early in the morning to find the vibrations etc quite strong, the next thing I was floating around in the 3d Blackness.
Now, often my experience ends here but this time I was determined to stay the course. I sent out some intent, along the lines of 'I want to go somewhere 'higher up than this'.
The next thing, I found myself in what looked to me like a hotel reception room. There was some kind of desk in front of me. Behind me were wooden or metal panels next to a door way. I'm sure there was a corridor of some kind behind the desk.
I didnt have much time to study the decor however, as I noticed a man walking towards me from the desk. He seemed an older man with white hair. I smiled and nodded to him and he smiled back.
I reached out my arm to shake his hand. At this point I felt myself being pulled back to C1 again so I quickly asked him to grab me, he quickly grabbed on to both my hands and started pulling me towards him. THe idea was to try to prevent me from fading back to c1.
However, he couldnt retain me there and I woke up back at C1, rather disapointed.
The experience hasnt been repeated since although I did have a strange rtz obe last week. I woke up in the middle of the night. In front of me was a football sized swirling white light. My hand was held up in the air and was inside the light. I then realised that this was not my physical hand but my astral one at which point I returned to my body. I think that the light was trying to help me out of my body by grabbing onto my astral hand, but unfortunatly I spotted it and returned to physical. I wonder if the light and the guy in the 'reception room' are actually the same person, just a possibility I was mulling over.
As you can see, I obviously still have some fear elements to overcome but I think I am making progress!
I was reading some accounts of F27 last week on the forums and I read somthing about a reception room. I wonder if it is the same place that I went to?

Thanks for reading,
Douglas

Douglas,

Interesting experiences. I do know--just what I've experienced so far-that when I, say, decide where I want to go and then arrive in the 3D blackness, as soon as I focus my attention on any one anomaly within that blackness, I'm off, or most often I'm then just suddenly where I had decided I wanted to be without any sensation of movement or time lapse. As to where you were, who was with you....I don't know, Douglas. Be careful in allowing others to interpret for you, and the only reason I say that is because I feel whether we experienced the nonphysical in 3D-5-physical-like-senses way, or through nonphysical senses and the mind's eye, or OOB, whatever...it's all individual interpretation happening anyway. The best approach is what's best for each person, opposed to the thinking that any one way is superior. You could have been at what many have coem to call The Reception Center in F27, maybe not. Let your curiosity about these experiences be your guide to having more...so beliefs can turn into knowns. Maybe, in a conscious but relaxed state, see and especially feel that man in the reception area again...and ask who he is? Just play along and watch for anything unexpected.

Much love,

Ginny

Hi everyone,

While waiting in the 3D blackness I requested to meet with a Helper in order to help in a retrieval wherever necessary. Within a few seconds I saw a person off in the distance approaching slowly, wearing what looked like a huge sombrero. As they got closer I thought to myself this was weird and dismissed what was happening, sending out another request for a Helper. I then had a clear image of a male standing within ten feet of me, on the tall side wearing a white shirt and pants, with the kind of exaggerated sombrero sold in tourists shops in the Southwest. His grin suggested he was enjoying my confusion. There are times when I don't like being kept in the dark, so to speak, and as I was wondering what this meant (were we going to visit with someone who use to live in Mexico? A battle scene from perhaps the Alamo or something?) I tried to stop myself from laughing out loud as the Helper moved his torso in a way, suggesting, "Don't I look great?". I said sure, and then started laughing anyway as he continued staring at me with eyes filled with mirth. "Does this have anything to do with retrieving?" I asked. I could then feel him drop his facetiousness as his smile indicated warmth, and he answered with, "Yes, let's go."

We were then moving through blackness and within a few seconds I was experiencing what I guess was a wall, or a wide band of the energy of a certain place and knew we were somewhere in the Belief System Territories. I paused for a moment to kind of analyze the energy because it didn't feel heavy or incredibly loaded with negativity--something I often experience in this area of consciousness. I seemed to be seeing a dull, grayish display of static electricity or something similar. I opened slightly and could sense that it was certainly very active but without a depressing feel to it.

With Mr. Sombrero beside me we then entered into the world and were then standing in a long line of people, apparently waiting to enter a large building. Everyone in line was standing in pairs, side by side, one pair in front of the next, and I could feel that all were anxious to get inside. As we slowly moved forward I tried to understand what was going on as the two whitish, humanoid forms in front of us were quite animated...talking, laughing. The Helper seemed to be content in waiting his turn to enter right along with everyone else, so I just observed the other buildings and street, the sunshine, the over-all feeling of the city that wasn't really unpleasant.

We then entered a large area that felt like a ballroom. A high ceiling with chandeliers loomed over hundreds of people wearing costumes. It was the largest party or costume ball I'd ever seen. A male decked out with a mask and cape approached with a tray of martinis, saying, "Oh good--more newbies!". I took my drink, noticing there was no olive, and brought it up to my nose and inhlaed but couldn't detect any alcohol (lol!). The Helper, still to my right, seemed to be enjoying himself as we watched women sweep by in dresses and outfits from unknown centuries, men in everything from conservative get-ups to flamboyant costumes moving around, some dancing. Musical instruments were sounding off somewhere and for some reason it seemed as if a lot of horns or trumpets were blaring. I focused in on the Helper's costume and said something like, "So now I get it. That's quite a costume you've got there." He laughed and said I should take note of the outfit I was in and with that I looked down and perceived a light colored, floor length robe, long colorful plumes sticking out from some kind of hat on my head. I smiled as he grinned in response and he then turned his attention back to the crowd.

We then moved with several others outside to a spacious, open courtyard complete with a large fountain. I was wondering who we were there to help out of this world as everyone seemed to be having a blast. I started asking the Helper questions, such as, why such a world as this one had been created in the first place and understood from him that the people there had intense fun partying, or being anyone but themselves. They absolutely loved 'fabricating' themselves into new personalities and fooling other party-goers...I guess by attending costume balls. He said that if it felt as if we were being stared at it was because many there were wondering if we were actually frequent guests, camouflaged to fool everyone into thinking we were new arrivals or whatever. There didn't seem to be anything malicious in what they were doing, they just loved cocktail chit-chat and pretending...and all the activities and pleasures that accompanied such a lifestyle. For some reason I found it difficult to believe that there were enough party-goers to populate an entire BST world and the Helper said that many of the 'worlds' in the BST were actually small. If one needed to use the concept of 'space' to even determine 'size', some of these worlds at times consisted of nothing more than, say, a ballroom, or the size of a small town. Some were as spacious as a 'world', others much smaller.

I then asked how we were ever going to, first, find someone who didn't want to be there anymore, and second, help them out. I got my answer as a part of me then flew straight up toward the ceiling and returned to my 'costumed body' in a fraction of a second, much like having a really fast OOBE. No one was aware of what had happened except me, and I'm sure, the Helper. I then knew what to do. I announced to several people standing near us that I came from a place where we could fly...where flying was the norm--no big deal actually. Everyone fell silent. I continued with this, allowing myself to brag about it as if it was the most outrageous party activity in the universe. I then slowly moved up off the ballroom floor, floating a few feet above everyone, and then arranged my body in a sitting position--knees bent with feet under me. I returned to standing on the floor next to the Helper, realizing everyone seemed transfixed. When I asked if anyone wanted to visit this flying place, I felt an immediate uncertainty...with the exception of one party-goer. He stuck his face forward between two people in front of him and said he was interested. He was short with dark hair, seemed middleaged...and interestingly, he didn't seem to be wearing a costume or if he was it was certainly not an attention-getter. I sensed he felt out of place and maybe even bored with his surroundings and was willing to try something else.

Without another thought I was then moving away with him, momentarily through a grayish black, and we came to what I then knew was the Reception Center in Focus 27...and several people were there ready to greet him, floating a few feet off the grass and walkway. As I turned to leave I could feel he was thrilled to be in a place of such marvel.

I went straight back to the Party Town in the BST and found the Helper inside the ballroom, dancing. Everyone was dancing, having a good time. He looked over at me and grinned as he was doing a kind of 'bump 'n grind' modern day dance with his hips, holding his arms out slightly, his sombrero bobbing to the beat of his movements. I've never seen a Helper like this before and I just started laughing again. I mean I really lost it. The look on his face was so....human. I breifly wondered where more new arrivals were and was told I had initially stood in line with them. Oh.

I then communicated that it felt best I leave and return to C1 and he nodded, still dancing, letting me know he understood. His smiling eyes followed me as I moved away and before I lost sight of him he sent me a quick message, saying that if I ever wanted to return to Party Town it would be much appreciated. Apparently Helpers were quite busy there.

Well...the afterlife is never ever boring---:o).

Much love to all,

Ginny
