It is really hard for me to relax, so i van astral project, so i was thinking if it would help i i ran a little before trying? smiley

Maybe. I say give it shot and see what happens. I know running gets my endorphins going and I get too "buzzy", but overall, exercise helps me relax and have a good night sleep.

Something I have found helpful is Kundalini Yoga (if you have about three hours)- work out (or run) for an hour, stretch and rest for another one, and then meditate.... it definitely gets you there quicker.  Or at least it helps me.
