I've been trying to astral project for some time now, before that i was meditating for quite a long time, because i thought it might give better results, and it did, but there is one problem, to which i would love to get some advice -
I can fully feel my astral body when i try to, i can even move my hands and my head a little, and when i try to concentrate that i am floating in the air then i get some really tense feelings in my whole body, just as most of the people describe they have, but somehow, i never fully go outside my physical body.
I have been trying to get out of my body in quite a lot of ways - you know, when you imagen a rope and you pull yourself to it upwards and some similar ways, but the thing is that i really don't know what should i do after i have reached a bit out of my body, like i mean, my arms are fully outside and also head, but how can i continue to go on, how can i fully maintain to get outside my physical body?

That rope crap never worked for me (God Bless those it does work for).

Look, you're trying too hard plain and simple. After you get to the point where you're trying to use a technique, go ahead and try it for a few seconds, then clear your mind and pay attention.

Pay attention, but what is there to pay attention to if the mind is clear? The emptyness? Yes, the emptyness. For it is not so empty and never has been, we just never pay attention.

Enough riddles, for me I try to find a buzzing in my ears and focus on it, it keeps my mind awake and my thoughts blank. I sometimes switch between that and my breathing. Other people see things in the blackness of their closed eyes and focus on that.

If you've waited for a bit, try to make whatever it is your focusing on grow, make it come near you more and more and more. If nothing happens, then let it go, and try to focus on another thing and make it grow and grow and grow (intensity wise).

I have a feeling that at your stage (you're pretty close) you should be hitting some vibrations, and all you need to do at that point is not panic and stay calm... increase the vibrations if needed and hopefully go for a trip.

If all else fails try OBEing just before going to sleep (make sure you're tired and you feel like you could go to sleep).

Hardcore method I've used and nearly always worked for me: Force yourself to stay up for 24~ hours straight after the 24 hour mark lay in bed and try to project. 90% of the time worked for me, but you have to be careful about falling asleep (if you're paranoid set an alarm for 2 hours).
