Hello,

sometimes when im laying down and resting, or just woke up i can feel/hear for 1/2 second in my hears and sometimes body,  the buzzing sound of the vibrations, or feel a bit, bit of pressure on my body and sometimes i can feel the vibrations spreading from some point in my body but they just happen when im focus on some particular thought and desire i dont know how to explain it, it like an specific thought triggers it. but more often i can feel/hear several times for 1/2 the buzzing in my hears when im laying down without no intention of AP.

why is that?

Simply because it's not Astral Projection. What your experiencing is energy. Relax and try to Astral Projection.

 From daily practice I have noticed that involuntary Phasing occurs all the time now. All though symptoms you have had are what people experience on the the way to the Astral World. I have said many times here, don't start down this road unless you want it to consume your entire being. You can't turn it off once you have turned it on. Even a couple minutes sitting in a chair leads to me Phasing now. When I close my eyes to go to sleep I never am able to just sleep. When I close my eyes close it now takes at least 20-30 minutes to get to sleep. But I am definitely not complaining.  smiley

i have noticed that now i can lay down for 1 or 1 1/2 hour (it was 30 minutes, before my body would try to roll over) but when im too relax it becomes hard for me to focus (even though i have been increasing my mind' concentration span), also now im starting to breath deep in the middle of a deep relaxation moment when im so relax that im not feeling that im breathing in enough air, it used to happen before but then it stopped (like 2 years ago) until now :\ it brings my attention to my body.

 i was counting from 1 to 100 and i had to start the count a couple of times until i got to the 100th. i was practicing phasing and started hearing the voices, seeing things, feeling like pressure around my like im going to vibrate, feeling my astral hands loosing (for some reason they are always the first limbs that gets out of the body (some times i can vividly feel my astral arms moving at my will)) but some times the more deeply i relax the harder it becomes for me to concentrate :\ it took me a while to get to the 100th without letting the other thoughts interrupt me.

but im still making some progress with the phasing too Smiley i need to concentrate in one method only to try to AP, because i have also noticed that i start wondering in my mind trying different methods when i get too relax.

 Lord-Dark, it seems like the only thing you are failing in is making the final intent on where you wish to go in the Astral. If are doing everything you say you are doing and feeling what you are feeling here, you are already out. Just change your intent at that point to experience something, like a simple beach scene. A lot of times if I have no intent I will just stay in the 3D darkness. Nothing spectacular happens there, it is just dark, but very tranquil. You should have a feeling that your perception has changed though. You don't have to bodily see yourself out to be out. I Phase at will now and never yet have I seen my self moving out of body. I am just going inside of the conscious.
