Which Hypnosis cd is effective for conscious astral travel and meeting spirit guide(s)? Steve G. Jones(costly, but well known person), or a couple I saw on ebay from the U.K.---"Hypnotherapy cd-meet your spirit guides" and "Hypnosis session on cd-meet your spirit guides". ? Or what hypnosis cd have you used, how effective is it, and how long did it take to achieve *Significant* Results? thanks

Astr4l, are you good at downloading torrents? I tried mediaget and thepiratebay, but I'm unable to download any torrents other than books. Hemi-sync cds such as Voyage to the other side, spirit's journey, anything astral related. See if you can and let me know. thanks
