when I try to ap my eye ALWAYS open by themselves.

You need to go much deeper. You don't sleep with your eyes open. Your body needs to be very very very relaxed until you're not concerned with what your eyes are doing. When you think you're properly relaxed, relax even deeper. I don't think many realize it, but deep relaxation is a skill that most have to practice at. Before you can AP, you have to learn to relax. Mind awake, body asleep.
