Dream: Girl shows me an astral projection?

At the beggining of this dream i had i was walking in some sort of hallway when i looked out to the right through a glass door. There is a girl sitting on a rock wall next to a small stair set. Her head was in her hands and i walked up and asked her what was the matter. She proceeded to look up at me with the most scared, paranoid, emotionally stresses look i have ever seen. Then she jumped up and grabbed my head and just looked at me in a sort of way like i was there for a reason. I asked her something about astral projection i am fairly sure then she jumped into the air did some crazy acrobatics and actually got caught undernead the handrail by the steps for a second, walked up the steps and stood in some parking lot or basketball court looking area. I walked up to her again and she grabbed my head again then we started to levitate into the air. The last part of it she was smiling but i couldnt tell if it was a good smile or a bad smile and i started heavily hallucinating colors the higher we rose into the sky. and  then it was over. I have a feeling she was showing me what astral projection was like but im not sure. The wierd thing is i am pretty sure this girl was a friend of mine i was chilling with the night beforehand. If anyone has any idea what the bonk this excrement is or just want to read it thats cool. The thing is whenever i think about this dream i start to feel the way i do when i try to project.

Cool Dream!  Well, I don't know what it means... but if it helps you astral project when  you think about it.. then by all means... take it as a blessing/gift and use it to your advantage!

It may be that the girl you met in your dream was having an OBE. It is possible that she tried to get you to go out of body as well. Unfortunately you apparently missed the chance to become lucid and go OOB.
Though this may sound wild I have read accounts of people being helped out of their body by another who is already OOB. Sometimes the helper is a friend (or relative) and other times the helper is a spirit guide.
