half or unsure of astral experience?

i had some real unusual expeirence the other day, i was listening to some REAL emotional song, which was full of love, feelings of flight and totally relaxing..

it was cold outside, and i was really tired both mentally and physically, i sat on some comfy sofa(near a heat radiator), and after a few minutes, i've lost all my senses, and found myself in some blackish blue sea or sth of relaxment... i've felt nothing but my released spirit and the feeling of flight. after the insturmental part, i've remembered that i am still alive, sitting on the sofa, and realised that i have ventured through some irrational experiance..

so my question is; is that some sort of un-sucsessful astral pro. or something else...

It sounds like an astral experience to me, although I'm personally still trying to figure out for myself what "the astral" really is, exactly. A lot of people seem to talk about it as a "realm" of some sort (presumably located somewhere... like on a higher dimension or something). Others seem to view it as a construct of ones consciousness (or something similar). Regardless of the answers to these sort of questions, I have a feeling that most here would probably view your experience as an astral one.
