I have to share this though...not much but, it 'Happened Again'...FINALLY!

Last evening I had a 'small' OBE.
Since I have not have had anything in the last few months that I can remember as an OBE then this one was a breakthrough.

I remember feeling the vibrations/buzz.  I instantly realized I was 'trying' to get out of my body.
So I said: "OK..Roll out...lets go!!"
EVERYThing seemed in slow motion. The Roll Out was like I was slowly falling out.
Then I remember being 'out' but I 'thought' I was in my bedroom.  It was dark and hard to see.
Of course...(Damn it) I felt a bit a fear.
Once again I saw 'someone'.  I am pretty sure it was a female but at a distance and blurry.
I turned away from this being.  I kick myself NOW for doing that.
I have been asking/demanding to 'see my guide(s)'. I believe this being was one of them.
Then I tried to go see my wife that I knew was in the living room. Not far in out little home.
Just a wall, stairs to the basement and then one more wall.
Somehow I could not do it. EVERYthing was in Slo-mo.
Then I remember waking up....then realizing it was still daylight. 8pm there about.
It made me wonder why it was so dark to me.  I kept thinking it was later at night since all I saw was darkness.
I normally go to bed around 8-8:30pm everynight since I get up at 3:30am for work.
Last night I went to bed to read for a while at around 7:15pm. I got through about half a chapter then fell asleep.
I was reading Astral Dynamics for information AND to have Astral Projection on my mind when falling asleep.

I have for the last three nights been taking 'melatonin'.  3mg of it.  Last night I took 1/2 of that.
I cut the pill in half.
Doesn't this drug/supplement 'help' the Pineal Gland work better?
Plus I wake up a lot at night and thought this would help me sleep better.
It does seem to do that.

Anyways...not trying to High-Jack your thread.  Just sharing what Dood been up to.
I am going to give it another shot this evening and hopefully I will be more alert and less afraid.
I HAVE to take the step and move toward these beings I have been slowly been 'noticing' during my travels.
I am willing to bet hard cash that this IS my guide trying to contact me.
It has been my request after all...then I 'freak out'.

Thanx for posting your OBE. 

From personal experience and reading a lot of OBE reports on the internet I have come up with a theory on how a person progresses.
That progression is NOT linear. Nor is the progression mathematical, nor even exponential.

The progression is Quantum. !!
People try really hard for several weeks or months then experience several projections in a short amount of time.
After that they usually go on a dry spell for three to six months. (Best guess is that they need time to integrate the OBEs with their subconscious AND everyday normal waking life.)
Then, if they continue the regimine (meditation, hemi-sync, induction attempts, affirmations and/or whatever) they experience several profound OBEs inside of a month.

Hopefully that is where you are--- about to experience a series of meaningful (and controlled ) OBEs during the next few weeks.

Not everyone fits this pattern. Most people seem to fit, however. That includes me.

The guide or discarnate that you ignored may well be a sign of greater things to come.

That is $84.15 plus $10.00 shipping.
That is where they 'get ya'..No way it actually cost that much even with 'Handling Costs'.
I ship daily via UPS and I know what things cost to ship.

Anyways if anyone else is looking for these then I suggest ordering them now while they are a bit lower in cost.

As of last night...NOTHING! Grrr...I repeated what I did the previous night with no success.
I try not to dwell on anything.
I do not tighten up and repeat over and over 'Project...Project' or anything like that.
I just try to naturally just 'Do it'.
I do speak out loud what I want to do. As IF 'someone' is listening. I believe 'they' are.
I do 'look deeply' into the 'Blackness' like Frank Kebble speaks of.
Last night I saw some 'Odd Stuff'. Hard to describe.
I swear I saw people in an 'area' or a 'room' of some kind.
It morphs so quickly that by the time I focus on whatever it is I am seeing it is gone or something 'different'.

So hopefully these CDs will give me a pattern in which to follow.
A Routine.  I believe a Routine is what I really need.

When I'm OOB I don't really have a body. Its more like I'm a tiny little dot of awareness. Like a soap bubble. ^.^ And I always seem to be close to the ground. Like at knee level.

The first time I exited my body, I was also shaped like a large sphere...I fell through the bed, and was floating beside it on the floor at knee level.. I couldn't move, for fear of reintegrating with my body.. and my head hurt like holy hell. 

That was the only time I had an exit, but then again.. I really don't practice as much as I need to.   

I wonder why we were at knee level? 

My head hurts because I'm usually conscious in my body and my astral body at the same time.. I have a feeling of being in two places at once... I don't know how to overcome this... when I try to integrate my concious into just one place.. it stops being RTZ zone and turns into a lucid dream or something.

Weird...AND...Annoying, Frustrating, Irritating. (BUT...Still, it can be EXHILARATING!)
SO....that tells me I am not in full control. I am hindering my own 'movement' in some fashion.
The 'n00b thing' is getting old. [sigh]

As for my own 'body'.  I 'feel' like I am in human form from my 'perspective'.
I have looked at my hands at least twice now that I can 'remember'.
Once they looked like my actual hands but only bluesh-translucent (Glowing kinda like an LED).
Then the other time I remembered to look at my hands they were 'hands' but malformed.
Only way to describe them.  They were like they had odd growths coming out of my fingers and melting at the same time.
However, still with the bluesh-translucent 'glow'.
I have 'felt' myself walk though, as if I had legs.
Most other times I 'flew' or simply 'popped in' like you do in dreams.
SO....that tells me I had to be in a Lucid Dream some of the times too.
OR...back and forth from Dream State to Projections then back to Dream State.

I tell ya...I sure could use a darn good OBE now.
One where I can ask some kind of 'questions'.
I lost my means to make an income today and a few 'answers' would be helpful.
Even vague, cryptic ones would be welcome....anything. HeHe!
Throw me a bone Spirit Guides.  Come on!
Then again to be fair I have had this sinking feeling lately. 
SO....I guess in 'their way' they were doing just that.
OR...it was all that *I* could 'Comprehend/Understand' or even 'Grok' from their perspective.

I like reading other people's experiences. 

I once saw my hands which looked exactly like my physical hands.  Once I consciously filled my energy in a white sphere before entering a tunnel to fly in a lightening speed.  At the beginning of a recent OBE I opened my astral eyes which felt exactly like my physical.  Most times though I don't see my astral body or my silver cord.  Wish I could though.

That sums it up pretty well really. A continual Routine of practice and effort Should lead to continued success in exiting the physical body. I know it sounds old fashioned but I do believe it's true.

btw Dood I hope that any recent employment difficulties are only Temporary inconveniences.

Many people perceive their discarnate state out of the physical body differently during their first early OBEs. However, those early OOB misperceptions are usually corrected after a few OBEs. People who OBE regularly have a better 'grasp' of the OOB consciousness. That reduces confusion and allows for greater control (= concentration) during future OBEs.

The idea of OOB consciousness inside a sphere is intriguing. Maybe thats where Spirit Orbs originate??

One more thing and that is OBEs induced through dreams and lucid dreams. About 7 to 10 years ago I was really big on dream control. Then for some reason I just sorta lost interest. Never figured out why though. Here is an excellant chance to restart my personal campaign to OBE through dreams. The theory is sound. I have managed to do it several times. Many people have become proficient at it. It should work on a consistent basis. Must be determined to stay with this through to success.
