Visions upon awakening before opening eyes

Hi all,

Couple questions.

Frequently just after waking up in A.M. just before I open my eyes, I can often see the following;

1) The same 3d Blackness I reach during trance work (I can understand this as I am probably still in deep consciousness from the sleep. I see the same 3d scene of thousands of tiny dots in a 3d holographic display in the blackness. Sometimes I can see the room through my closed eyelids. It is that same slightly fuzzy view one sees in OBE to RTZ)

2) Liquid, fluid swirling shapes around the outline of my hands if I move them over my closed eyelids. Could this be seeing my aura?

This might be the hypnopompic state of sleep-to-waking, if it doesn't happen at other times when your eyes are closed. It's basically a trance state that your body naturally enters during the sleep cycle. You can use this to OBE or project without the trouble of having to induce the state yourself.

That happens to me too.  I've never had an obe from the waking state.. because it's harder for me than most people...

But one week.. I spent 6 hours lying still... trying to get into trance state.. and nothing happene.d.. so I just rolled over and went to sleep... and when I woke up... I had a 3d blackness.. my eyes were closed, but I could see the whole room around me.  And I saw a guy sitting next to me, who I presumed to be my spirit guide...

Another night that same week.. i woke up in 3d blackness... and saw lots of sparkles swirling in front of me,, and then a scarab beetle formed.. which I thought was some kind of vision, or a part of my arua or an animal totem or something?
