One of the most important things to remember, if not the most important, is that you need to be patient.
The results of practising astral projection or phasing are often not not initialy detectable to us while our focus is still in our bodies. As long as you keep up the regular practise with a positive and optimistic mind you're making progress. The results will come sooner or later.
Also keep in mind that the effects others describe are likely to be different from what you experience yourself. Some get huge vibrations while others only get a mild shiver if that and are on their way. Pay attention and you'll learn what the different experiences signify.

Hey everyone,
   I beleive i have been getting very far i have been concentrating for about 1.5 hours to 2 hours. My technique is focusing on the heart. I feel the pulse all through my body. But i am not sure if what i am feeling are vibes. It feels as if there is nothing uder my body. My body is tingling all over. I feel light but im not sure what to do next. Plz help!!! I feel im so close
