Another AP Need help

Hey guys, I've recently started having alot of OBEs. In the last 6 days, I've had 5. On each of them at one point it turns from a AP to a dream. So a few questions.

1. Any way to stop the AP from turning to a dream?
2. Each time i AP i exit with no effort, is that possible?
3. How often should i attempt a OBE, is 5 in 6 days to much?
