hello i'm new to the forum and might need some help, recently i have started to practice astral projection, i start by laying down on my bed and then i do breathing exercises after a minute i start imagining moving my toe's and then feet and so on until i reach my head, after a while i start feeling a vibration but then i feel my head moving up and down and then up and down for a while like somethings pulling me and then i fall back and soon after i wake up can anyone tell me why i'm stuck here and what this is?

 Hello theduke and Welcome!

 What you are experiencing is what's known as a "signpost". They are things that may occur during a non physical shift in focus and it's hard to believe right now but these are perfectly natural to projection.

You sound like you are doing very well.   I think everyone can learn from you.   When you feel parts of you moving that is the time to spiritually move away from your body otherwise you will always be stuck.    It should not be hard to do as you are already loose from your physical body.   The author Buhlman recommends to say door now, or whatever you want to say.    That way you will move there.    For this to work you have to believe and know that you can do it otherwise it will not work.   That is how it is for me.
