Binural Beats

I hear that listening to binural beats while trying to project helps? Is this true? And if so, does anyone know where I can download some good and effective ones without having to pay money? Thanks :]

Well,on me personally they tend to have no effect,except the strange noises I keep hearing after the track ends

 I have a thread here named "For your listening pleasure", it is currently on page 2 of this section here. It gives a link to some good Isochronic Tones that are very relaxing. I only use these as background though. There is nothing special to focus on in the music at all, it just helps me to relax. I use 30mins to relax, then when it's done I phase without the music.
