i think it might have made my AP way easier. I had to stay up for it as I was casting this huge magic spell. It worked well for me because it was the day and hour of Mars (The mid point was at 3:46 my time) It was a huge affair and I also needed to invoke the magical names of the hour, season, Earth and Moon.

I got done and went to sleep around early 4:00, when the Blood Moon wasn't supposed to be done yet. I played my sound file and pretty much in the first few seconds, i started the separation process! I got that AP "Random sound clips playing" that I've seen some people talk about while APing. I was trying to get to this one area that I knew a woman named Clara would be in. Nothing hinky, but I think she's a spirit or something being chased by a guy (Another spirit, i think.) He's obsessive over her or something and stalking her and stuff. I found out about these two by accident a week ago.

But anyway, One of the "sound clips" that played was my dad calling out for my mom like he did in the house when he was still alive and needed something.

"Honey," His voice began. "Hon! Where are ya?"

I only heard this once and tried ignoring it and getting to the other location, but it kind of harshed the whole thing.

Almost every time I hear voices while I'm about to project it messes me up too lol, it's really hard to not to be afraid when you hear parties going on around you I'm slowly getting the hang of it but its still weird. If you don't mind me asking what sound file was you listening to? I've about tried everything and I haven't had one experience through music. I can astral project fine without music but want to try to with music. I know everyone is different but curious none the less. Thanks

No problem at all.

Is there anyway I can send the file to you? It is Mp3. 

I've even done self-experimenting with this sound file and used my own clips I got music-wise with a sound editors to mix it together with the sound. Doesn't work as well as the pure thing, but still works to some extent.

It was from one of those fun, in jest tests that tell you what kind of fantasy (insert character, profession, etc.) you are. I am pretty sure you can find any one of them for yourself if you Google it.
