I don't know if this is the right section but this is my 5Th day of astral to me and today I felt my heart thump and a vibrational shock I didn't know what was going on but I stayed calm and kept breathing I then thought I should try a exit tech like rope BUT I didn't know how to do it. I then tried to imagine floating but that didn't work So I opened my eyes and is now typing this if anyone can help that would be lovely  undecided

Dear TheSight,

thru hypnotize oneself (such as staring with open or closed eyes) or other techniques, one can make sure to reach the trance state necessary for shutting down the physical mind and shifting focus into the etheric body sufficiently to ensure an exit.
It is my belief that exit sensations (such as vibrations or thumping chakras) are really fluctuations caused by yet too much physical body attachment while at the same time trying to leave the body thru extrusion of the etheric double. It is generally recommended by experts to disregard and ignore the exit sensations and not wait for them or take them as signs of progress. One may have them or not, but he who does not experience them has the advantage.

Even if you think you're disregarding the sensations, the fact that you noticed them means that much of your attention has returned to your body.  When you practice more, or when you go into a deeper trance, you either barely notice them or you don't notice them at all.  I don't ever feel anything until I buzz out of my body.  Then I feel what I guess you might call vibrations, but I don't really like to think of it like that.  I see it as me perceiving the frequency shift from physical to non-physical.  When I'm physical or non-physical I don't notice the frequency of my perception, but when you're moving from one to the other there's a brief moment where you're not focused in one "place" or the other and your attention is focused on the shifting frequency of your perception.
