Couldn't get back in my body!

Hey there...

Last night I had a wierd projection.

 It started in my room and imedietly I wanted to go out and fly around, so I went to the window, but couldn't go through it, then I rised the vibration of my astral body and was able to go through the window. When i was outside I decided to fly one floor higher and check out what's happening there (I live in a building who has 6 stories, I live in the 4th) So I enter that floor by the window and somehow I am back in my 4th floor, looking down at myself sleeping in the bed...
 
 Anyway, that's not what my story is about, I just pointed it out because it probeobely wasn't a real OBE and my mind was playing tricks on me again...

Then I go out in the street and hang out there for a while, then I released that I have never been so long out of my body... I started to worry and wanted to go back to my physical body, but I couldn't! I had to try very very hard and still, I couldn't do it, then i had a though that maybe I am dead already... I thought of all my family and friends, after that somehow I did come back to my physical body... I beleive that it was my emotional attachment to my parrents and friends that got me back.

I am not sure what's happening to me... lately I have a very weak consciousness even while I am awake. I am worried I want to get it back as it was before...
Maybe somebody knows with what I am dealing here?

well perhaps you feel so troubled since for the last couple of years this planet has had an alarming increase in negative energy from god knows where and it just keeps getting darker and darker spiritually. It feels just all over the place like a black mist. Perhaps it's the sign of things to come.
I have decided reduce my spiritual awareness for protection reasons but whenever I crank it up again I feel this black miasma again and end up feeling dead sick.

If you want my opinion, it's the underlined.
The worrying you did incited fear, which actually caused the inability to return to your body.
This is why it's very important to keep thoughts and emotions under strict control while out of body.

Robert Monroe faced something quite similar like this, but his fear of returning manifested a wall between him and his body.
It wasn't until he accepted his fate and stopped worrying about it that he instantly returned back to his body.

Iv felt this negative energy to, lately iv felt passive, less motivated, like something external is clouding my conciousness.
I have had very strange dreams and this mist makes me feel sick as well. it feels like right now there is something wrong.
I know it is not me, it is something external affecting me.

Those who are "positive" ride on the negative like surfers on a wave. You sound depressed. Don't let the "world" bring you down. The world is only a part of the whole experience. There are many of us who combat the negative by being that opposite. Duality lets us play. Play with us. Oil and water. Love and Fear. Don't fear.

Interesting experience, sounds like you attained a strong energetic connection between your physical/etheric expanded body to your real time projectable or astral double. You need to lose that fear and keep control, as already mentioned. Feelings of fear derived from your waking consciousness will create energy conflicts, which could indeed prevent any quick return of the center of your consciousness back to your physical body.

The only time I had trouble getting back in it was during multiple projections that took over 2 hours.  So I'm thinking that's it.

Tiny, I too noticed more of a negative force recently.
but as Psilibus said, I don't let it get me down, I just noticed it as a sort of bumpy thing to get over on my way to feeling happy due to my Will. I just view emotoins as choices. I choose to be happy. yes its a little harder these days because of so many rude negative people, but on the up side it feels like those that 'get it' are 'getting it' more so its balancing better.
i am happy that there seem to be more spiritually minded people about these days.
but i wonder what this increase in negativity comes from.
are you in the USA? I wonder if this is global?
Maybe it has something to do with praeternatural intelligences, HAARP, or maybe its just a natural electromagnetic flux in the Earth.

I have felt the negativity is due, in large part, to the huge numbers of people awaiting enlightenment. As an example - mainstream Christianity has for many, many years been reinforcing the idea that someday Jesus will come and days of earthly torment will be over. In the good ol' USA there is a whole BELT of people waiting. You see this anger and frustration everyday, especially in the News Media. I think people are disappointed that the "Apocalypse" hasn't come to save their self-righteous days. Hell, theres Islamists who only have to blow themselves up to get to "Heaven". I really think most mainstream organized religions see that as their only answer - Blow Up The World. Yeah, that'll do it.

I'm not anti-religion. I just don't care though. I got nothing against organized religions as long as they leave me the hell alone. I do think it is those fundamentalists and evangelists who fuel alot of that negativity. Hypocrits. Self-righteous. "Everyone else can go to hell as long I get to Heaven".

Problem is I see too many people wanting someone else to enlighten them. "When the student is ready the Master will come" - not if you don't work your butt off yourself first!

Stay positive is right! Smile at everyone! Lend a helping hand and expect nothing in return! Contribute to the positive vibe. There is nothing that CAN bring you down if you don't let it.
