OK, so, 4AM. Earlier, I woke up ( I'm tired. I'm going right back to bed after this) and went pee. Well, I'm also sleeping to Coast to Coast AM (which is kind of keeping me up).
Well, here's why I believe I was out.
Recently, I've been counting as I go to sleep, to try and remember. It usually makes my dreams more vivid and easy to remember. Such as yesterday, when I was hitting on a girl in my dream, kept getting rejected, woke up and thought "but she said 'in your dreams!'"
Well, back to my story.
Usually I count on my back and drift asleep. This time I was on my side, sorta. Not completely on my side, but not exactly on my back. You know? Well, I was counting. I get up to about 80-something, and light vibrations set in. I know they're vibrations. I've felt them before, only more intense. It felt kind of like when I stretch, but I wasn't stretching. Well, I start thinking, "yes, vibrations! And I keep counting. Then, I think, "wait, the radio's talking about alien abduction, now I'm going to get out with this on my mind and be freaked out" so I opened my eyes, or soI thought. I pushed the aliens out of my head and kept counting. I get to ninety something. I think "hm, I'm still not projecting. I should go to the other end of my bed and try." I don't know why.
Well, I throw my covers over my head and swich my head to the end of my bed, and close my eyes. I'm face down. STill have the vibrations, but I feel funny. Then it feels kind of like I'm sinking into my bed. Vibrations start to fade and I think "well, I'm not going to get out, mighty as well turn back around and go to sleep." I do so, except the going to sleep thing.
Suddenly I realize something. I'm in the exact same position I was before the vibrations started. I never actually moved to the end of my bed!! Yet, I remember it so clearly. I did, yet, I did.
So, based on my above testimony, would you agree that I have just had an out of body experience?
Is it possible to close your eyes while OOB? I didn't feel any seperation of any kind.
