Seriously. I want to meet an alien in the flesh. Not trans-dimensionally or during OBE or whatever. I THINK I've seen UFO's before but how would I really know. There certainly is so much going on the majority of us no nothing about. What worries me is when people begin talking as if they are a particular authority. They preface with "in my opinion" or "what I think is". This verges on disinformation.
I agree that raising the public's awareness IS a positive trend that should be encouraged. That is why I post here now instead of lurking. I sometimes feel I could be seen as a troll but at least I believe everything I say...
"Disillusionment with our modern day society"? During what time in human history has there NOT been "disillusionment with our modern day society." Really, aliens gonna take us over, etc.? Why the heck did they wait until we developed WMD's and such. Just for the sake of discussion.
Government containment rooms for astral projectors? Good Lord. Maybe? I dunno. Sounds like a spiritual conspiracy. Never found anything I couldn't pass through if I wanted. It would be scary to be stuck in something other than my own flesh
I wasn't downplaying the whole alien thing. It does sound awfully "Hollywood" though.
