Hi All,

Many thanks for all the positive comments.  To add to this a month or so into my practice, I had an interesting dream. 

I was wandering around in a bleak urban area that felt very grim.  I entered into this building and could hear a not very nice voice.  Being a dream I suddenly recall finding myself in a plane with the back end open escaping, like in war movies, and this horrible creature appeared. I just stood there facing it knowing that nothing could happen and that I had power.  Weird, but when I woke, I knew I had nothing to fear.

I now realise this recent fear is just a silly set back and all thanks to those on here that have helped me realise this.  I just need to actually experience the non physical now to realise there is nothing to fear and confront myself if need be.

Out of interest, what does it feel like to enter the mass consciousness and realise we are not simply our physical shells?  If anyone would like to try and put it into words.

idk if I believe in spirits who are like, evil. As in evil by nature. I believe in people who decide to be bad though. I wont say bad things out there are all conjured up by you, because it sounds dumb. Its like saying its all good and the astral cant have bad people in it (well, not "like" saying it, it is saying that..lol). Ive heard encounters where people weren't expecting or thinking about A B or C. Ive also heard some things claiming it was easy to be safe though, with your thoughts, like hm conjure things, be confident
