I can tell I am OBE because I've done it before, but I hardly see shapes and figures. It's like I'm in a dark room, eventually somethings appear and make sense, but mostly it is just dark. Thoughts. I've been told it is because I need to adjust.

Try commands like "Clarity now." If that doesn't work, meditation and energy raising seem to help improve all aspects of my experiences... sort of like charging a battery. If its low, quality of function will be poor.

Robert Bruce explains it well... that in conjunction with no-mind meditation (maintaining heightened awareness by eliminating all thoughts) does wonders for my clarity and control while out of body.
