I have been trying for so  time now, and I have been in SP a lot of times, but hadīt ha any luck in coming out. I  have tried The"rope Tecnique" The "roll over Technique".

I think my problem is that i donīt know when to leave when i am in Sp.


Can anyone help smiley ?

 Try the Phasing technique, just decide to be Physical one moment and Astral the next. This comes with a lot of practice, but it is achievable. I never feel I leave my body, I found that difficult and time consuming. I think the thought of seeing your body lying on the bed to be disturbing. I think that would jolt me right back to physical, so I have chosen another route.
