Finally!

This morning I couldn't sleep well and I have been becoming more aware of myself when I'm laying there... My thoughts, how my body feels... I guess it's more meditation than sleep. But I was on my side trying to drift away, when I heard "my dad" who I knew wasnt home and then I felt my arms and legs uncurling and I saw the blue of my sheets and I was coming out of my body. I saw my dresser but it was mixed with the color of my red pajama pants...  And i became too excited and slipped back into my body. Does anyone have this happen? Sometimes things or colors of different objects mix together? I'm wondering if its because maybe were not seeing through physical eyes, we're just conciousness?

Either way success! I can't wait to try again. Oh but I need to settle down cause I get too excited. Hahaha.

 Congratulations, anything and everything can occur in the Astral World. I am glad you realized your error by stating you "got excited" and that's what ended your session. Practice will fix that problem.
