Got out of my body again.

Today was the third time I consciously astral projected. It wasn't very long and all I did was walk around my room. One thing that was different is that when I though about moving through a wall or something (something i have not been able to do yet) I actually started to sink through the floor. The surprise of this caused me to get pulled back into my body...The even stranger thing is that when I returned to my body I almost immediately fell into a dream. Because it was so sudden after returning to my body, I thought I was awake. In my dream I remembered have a stash of oreos in my cupboard. When I woke up I was saddened that I had no Oreos. One of the more disappointing dreams. but on the bright side I can add one more Astral Experience to my journal

Another interesting thing to note is that everyone one of my conscious experiences have been between 12 and 2pm and after having roughly 7 hours of sleep.

Cool, try to get further away from your physical. Close your eyes and think of being at a known safe local place. When you open your eyes you'll be there
Experiment with telekinesis it takes seconds to learn and its so easy.
