Heart Thumping

That's not actually your heart - it's your heart chakra. Its happened to me too.

Apparently they've done genuine ECG tests that monitored heart rate - they showed no drastic increase, however intense the subject felt them.

No matter how much it feels like it's your heart, it isn't. Your pulse remains normal, and you're in no danger of a heart attack.

When i start the projection phase my heart starts beating faster. The more i concentrate and try and get out the faster it goes. I know this is not the vibrations cause i feel it on my Pulse aswell. I don't feel my body but i can feel and hear my heart beating faster and with alot more oomph in it. Eventually it beats almost 2-3 times a second.....Is this heart thing bad? There is no pain, just the sound and the thumping which makes me worried about a heart attack or something to that effect.

Does anyone know wether this is bad or not. I had all my fears waxed and all the stresses down and was making great progress and then this starts happening. I would really appreciate any help so that i can put my mind at ease and stop this worry before it becomes a mental block on AP'ieng.
