Last night I had the experience of leaving my body, and walking around my house. Some parts of the house were lit up and others were dark, if I walked towards the dark areas my connection would fade and i would begin to wake up. If i walked in the brighter areas other areas begin to light up and I could continue walking around. Does anyone know why this is?  undecided

I've also had this experience when lucid dreaming.

It sounds like some kind of hidden belief/subconscious idea you have regarding "darkness" being "dark" or a fear relating to that.  Or something to that effect.

Next time, I'd suggest heading straight for some dark and see what happens.  Just know that you're safe.  Smiley
