My friend saw me helping him out

  today my friend sent me a message at 6:30am asking 'did that just happen to you too?' or something, and when i saw him later that day and asked what it was about, his response was that when he was trying to get to sleep, he was in (what sounded like) the pre-phase state, and i was there trying to help him out. he said i looked like myself, but i was glowing with a white/purple light. i was holding my hand out for him to take, with a reassuring smile on my face.
  at the time, i was asleep. i didn't remember any dreams or anything when i woke up. he didn't have a full on OBE or anything, lost it when he got excited/scared. also, this is my friends first ever experience like this, he has never practiced astral projection or anything.
  i thought that was pretty cool so i wanted to share, and it would be great to see your thoughts!

Haha that's an awesome story, thanks for sharing. Would have been even more awesome if you could have remembered something, it's so frustrating to forget these experiences once we wake up!

Hi,
You still could remember sometime. It only takes a trigger then you remember lots of it like just waking up. I still get this from dreams  I had many years ago when I go to new places. Sometimes the dream was over twenty years ago and everything is the exact replica, wierd stuff.
All I need is the lottery numbers......
