This happened my first time bud.
I don't really know what the heck happened but I was really stoked I even got out of body!
My only advice is to not let it get to you. Just relax and keep focused. Keep observing. Don't get frustrated once out of body if you can't move or anything. I think this would just throw you back in your physical. You will get there! Heck... I have only had two OBE's and the second one made no sense what so ever. It may have even been a dream after I separated because I lost focus. Keep at it and keep trying new techniques. You'll get there. Don't get frustrated by it though. That will only hold you back from projecting. Keep optimistic.
