need some help

Hey i tried AP a few months bad and at first got very strong vibrations and ever since then ive been to busy to try it again anyway the other night i tried to give it a go again so i lay there in bed on my back arms lay to my site and after say 15 - 20 mins i start to get this tingling feeling in my toes and fingers and it slowly rises up until my body goes completly numb, but i can't seem to progress from there apart from i feel as if my body is pulling on itself. but i hate needing the urge to swollow

could anyone offer a wee bit of help please ?
