Think I am noticing vibrations

I think I noticed some vibrations this morning after around 6-7 hours of sleep, and going into a dream-like state didn't take much effort.

Edit: Btw without thinking I asked if this was normal, don't answer that, I know it's normal, I just meant I'd like an explanation of why it happens so easily xD

Think of it like a radio receiver. The cause of the vibrations is always there.

You are just tuning into the right frequency, allowing a kind of metaphoric resonance to occur.
