OBE?

Hi kitty, ya that would be an obe. The last one I had was very similar to yours in that it was in the morning. And I could here buzzing vibrations that increased and eventually I was floating. Lol, for a minute I actually thought I was dead. I got excited 2 cause I thought I was goin to heaven. Of course I jumped out of bed like a maniac to tell my parents what had happened. And of course they just passed it off as a vivid dream. But at least you guys and myself beleive me. []

You can consider this an OOBE because of the sleep paralysis and the vibrations.  You should try not to concentrate much on the vibes; they will only hinder you in your experience.

When I wake up from sleep I usually try to A.P. So, this morning I tried it.  It was wayyy different then last time, Im not even sure about last time.  I was closing my eyes and I felt these vibrations.  And the strange thing of it is, I can hear them.  All of a sudden, they stopped and I could feel myself floating.  Then I got excited and paranoid at the same time, So I went back into my body.  And got sleep paralysis... -_- Sometimes it scares me sooo much.
