Problem with SP?

Hello Astral projectors

I have been trying to project for about 6 months.

- I don.t have any problems getting to the Vibrational state.

- my problem is how long to be in the state before trying to exit ?

Vibes happen when your awareness is in between states of consciousness. So when you're in the middle of them, you're in the middle of separating. Time isn't really an issue, what matters is that your awareness has fully phased and you're ready for an exit. How to know this I suppose is a matter of practice and trial & error.
