I have always had this feeling that it would be easier to try projecting when we are extremely tired becuse it would be easier to fall asleep (for the physical body) while the mind is still awake but every time i attempt it i end up falling asleep. What are your views regarding this? Any succsss stories?

I can't trance when I'm tired. If I try I'm ususually sent out and told to take a nap first.

When tired the hypno noises are present while sitting down and relaxing. As far as projection goes I have a few seconds to exit or I crash, the latter being most often.

It's good to be a little tired so you get more easily and faster in the good state of mind, but when I'm too tired I usually fall asleep. Since you were born your mind goes to sleep with your body at night, so when you practice at night your mind is more likely to go to sleep. It's a natural habit that's hard to break, here's the reason why people say you'd better practice at day-time, in the morning, and somewhere else than in your bed. That way you're setting a specific moment in the day to practice, and your mind won't associate you laying down there on your couch or chair and itself falling asleep. When you get more used to the feeling of your body being asleep while you're still awake, you can begin practicing at night if you wish and see if you can reach the same states you reach when you do it during the day. When I'm not too tired I can have good results, but never as good as during the day. Good luck!

So true. I'm able to relate myself with it. Thanks!
