Question about arms

When I practice Astral Projection, at some point when I become forgotten about my body and come back to it, I feel like my arms are, not stretched outwards, but sprawled across my bed. Is this normal? Because when I bring back focus on my physical body, my arms are beside my body.

Any advice anybody could give me on this? Or explanation of what's happening?

Just part of the crazy symptoms you get when you first start off. They'll go away in time. Until than, try your best to ignore them and keep your goal in mind.

 I like to call it the phantom limbs. There are a number of times while trying to phase that my body feels somewhat contorted. It took awhile to get used to this just as it takes awhile to get used to any of the unique sign posts to the Astral.
